Returns & Exchange

We sincerely hope you are happy with your product and we will do our very best to help you with any questions or queries.

Is your product feeling a bit out of sorts? Not playing ball properly? Or are you one of those rare customers to have trouble connecting with your purchase? 

Firstly, let us help you out. Please either email us at helpme@wemademe.com or call our customer service telephone on +44 (0) 1273 320 590. There will only be some minor adjustment needed.

Alternatively, if you feel your product simply wants to return home, or you are unhappy with it for any reason, we will happily exchange or refund your purchased item(s) (excluding your delivery costs) provided the item(s) are returned: 

  • Within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned unused, in re-saleable condition
  • With proof of payment (order number, invoice or confirmation email)
  • A completed returns form is included

 

Sadly, we’re not allowed to issue any exchanges or refunds if the above criteria are not fully met. 

We also recommend that any returns be sent by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in the post. Refunds will be issued within 7 days upon receipt of returned items.
